Weight Loss Wednesday


Loss this week: 4lbs
Loss overall: 41lbs
Pounds till target: 39.5lbs

So here's the thing, since my birthday I kind of fell off the wagon - I've been enjoying pizza, garlic bread, chips and all manner of things that aren't on the menu.

And this week I've been better! But still getting hungry in between meals and all sorts, so snacking has been high on the agenda.

And cheesecake is very much becoming an item on my must-have! It's all so good!

Cath and I are taking part in a 3 hour Zumba session on Saturday, if I have to put my arms over my head a whole bunch I'll be annoyed/in pain but I have to give it a go right?

  1. Wow it looks like you are doing great so far! Pizza always gets me too, there is just something about it that I can't say no to.
