The other day, I was reading my Google Reader for Valentine's day inspiration, when I stumbled upon Rebecca's post about a special kind of eggy breakfast. I wanted to make this for Ceri for a Valetine's breakfast, and call me lazy - I couldn't be bothered to get up out of bed that early to go to that effort. He probably wouldn't have eaten it anyways because we both have to rush to get out in the mornings! Last minute kinda people when it comes to getting to work!
It was all going swimmingly until I decided it would be a good idea to flip the bread to toast the other side of the bread, annnnnd it all went to seed.
